Terms

Terms of Service

Who we are. Savage AI Studios is a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Nick Savage, based in San Francisco, California. These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase made through the checkout links on it.

What we sell. The studio sells software products delivered electronically, and scoped audit services delivered as written reports. Each product and service page describes its scope and its limits; those descriptions form part of the agreement for that purchase.

Payment. Payment is taken through the checkout links on this site and processed by Stripe. An order is complete when payment clears.

Acceptable use. Use this site lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, interfere with checkout, or misrepresent your identity when contacting the studio.

Intellectual property. This site, its content, and the studio’s products are the property of Savage AI Studios. A purchase grants the rights described on the product’s page; no other rights are transferred.

Liability. Products and services are provided as described on their pages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the studio’s liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount paid for that product or service.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Changes. These terms may be updated; the current version is always the one published on this page. Questions: use the contact page or write to savagnic@gmail.com.

Privacy

Privacy Policy

What we collect. When you submit the contact form, the studio receives what you type into it: your name, your email address, your company if you provide one, and your message. The site’s hosting provider also records standard server logs — such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited — to operate and secure the site.

Payments. Card payments are processed by Stripe through this site’s checkout links. Your payment details go to Stripe and are handled under Stripe’s privacy policy; the studio does not receive or store full card numbers.

How it is used. To reply to your inquiry, to deliver and support purchases, and to keep the studio’s business records. Nothing else.

No sale, no trackers. The studio does not sell personal information, and this site sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Sharing. Information is shared only with the service providers needed to operate — hosting, email delivery, and payment processing — or when the law requires it.

Your choices. To ask what the studio holds about you, or to have it deleted, write to savagnic@gmail.com.

Cookies

Cookie Policy

This site sets no advertising, analytics, or cross-site tracking cookies. Any cookies present are limited to those essential to the site’s hosting and delivery, set by the hosting provider.

Two actions leave this site: submitting the contact form sends your message through FormSubmit, a form-delivery service, and following a checkout link takes you to Stripe. Each service handles data under its own policy.

You can block cookies in your browser without losing access to this site’s content.

Refunds

Refunds & Delivery

Digital products. Software products are delivered electronically on payment — by download, or by access details sent to the email address provided at checkout. If delivery fails and the studio cannot complete it, the purchase is refunded in full. Otherwise, delivered digital products are final sale.

Audit services. Audit fees are refundable in full at any point before work begins. Once findings have been delivered, audit fees are not refundable.

How to ask. To request a refund or report a delivery problem, use the contact page or write to savagnic@gmail.com. The builder reviews every request personally.
